Certiva Consulting is born because Evelyn, the founding member is on her own journey of fulfilling her purpose. “To create a bigger impact” has been a motto she has used when looking for the next best role, or when looking for the next organization to work with, or even when looking at volunteering opportunities, the question she has always asked herself is “How can I make a bigger impact?”.
Throughout her years in the financial industry, she gained such level of understanding and expertise in multiple arenas, so much so that she started to observe and analyze how individuals and companies, no matter their background, level of education, prior work history, financial acumen, cultural competencies and more, all they need is motivation, guidance with authentic care, knowledge and companionship to achieve “that’, which is what they are pursuing. A common theme was evident; individuals thrive when their goals are clear, and they are guided genuinely through the fulfillment of those goals. More importantly, when individuals have that clarity, the natural result Evelyn observed was that their entrepreneurial spirit would get unleashed, innovation would take place, business ideas would flow, and an endless world of possibilities now would be at their disposal.
